By accessing and using the Sakae Co-working booking system ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Verify your email address
• Complete your profile with accurate business and contact information

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking Process

• Bookings are confirmed automatically if no conflicts exist
• You must provide accurate booking names and details
• Recurring bookings create multiple individual bookings
• All bookings are subject to space availability

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in charges
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• Recurring bookings must be cancelled individually

4. Payment Terms

For paid spaces:

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Pricing may vary by space, time, and duration
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Make fraudulent bookings or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the spaces for purposes other than intended co-working

6. Space Usage Rules

When using our co-working spaces:

• Arrive during your booked time slot
• Respect noise levels and other users
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Do not remove or damage property
• Follow all building and safety regulations
• Comply with maximum capacity limits
• Report any issues or damages immediately

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Sakae Co-working and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our Service without permission.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Sakae Co-working is not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of other users

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakae Co-working from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
